Scouts and Scouters, <br><br> Troop 17 has agreed to provide food and staffing for Pack 350s upcoming Blue and Gold Banquet. This will be a Kandersteg Trip fundraising opportunity. We will provide a lasagna dinner, drinks, desserts, and service at this event. <br><br> Heres what we need.... <br><br> 1) Parents to purchase, cook, and deliver either a 90 oz or 96 oz Stouffers Lasagna with Meat and Sauce. (Currently the 90 oz Stouffers lasagna is $15.89 at Target and the 96 oz lasagna is $12.68 at Sams.) It would be great if some could provide 2 or 3 lasagnas. We will need as many as 30 lasagnas depending on the number of attendees. 2) 20-25 Scouts to provide service before, during, and after the event. 3) At least 5 adults to provide consultation and support to the Scouts. <br><br> Date and Location... <br><br> Saturday, February 26, 2022 Pack 350 Blue and Gold Banquet Arborlawn Methodist Church 5001 Briarhaven (just off of south Hulen behind the library) Fort Worth, Texas 76109 <br><br> Report Time: 2 pm Serving Time: 5 pm <br><br> Please see the attached document with basic event information and cooking instructions for the lasagnas. <br><br> We will have a registration link soon on the Troop 17 website. I want to get this event on your schedule as its coming up at the end of this month. I hope you will plan to donate.
